All orders over $500 USD, made to order jewelry, engagement rings and wedding bands require a signature upon delivery.

All Capucelli’s Fine Jewelry are carefully handmade in our studio. The status of a product and an estimated ship by date for each design is provided on the product page. You can expect in-stock jewelry to ship within 2 business days.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact us at customercare@capucelli.com within: 3 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

A $150 Fee will be deducted from the final Return Amount if the item is not sent back in the original packaging. Gifts and Marketing materials must be also returned.

Once it is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Capucelli has the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

All jewelry purchased on CAPUCELLI comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces, and want you to be fully satisfied.

If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones.

Please note that CAPUCELLI is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
